Where is my order from?

We are based in and inspired by London, UK. It’s our home and it’s where we design and build Optimist Collective.

When you place an order, our system automatically routes your orders to the fulfilment centre where they know they will be fulfilled most efficiently. We have fulfilment centres in UK, North Carolina, California, Mexico, Spain, and Latvia and partner facilities in Canada, Japan & Australia.

In most cases, your orders will be routed to the nearest fulfilment centre, however, there can be an exception - for example, if the item that you’ve ordered is not stocked in the nearest fulfilment centre. It may be a combination of a specific colour and size.

 

Customs Fees

Sometimes, if an item is not available in a facility closest to you, your order may be fulfilled in another country. When you’ve placed a bigger order over a certain amount, you may receive a message from your country's customs agency to pay a customs fee. Have a look at your country's policies.

 

When will I receive my order?

Our transport fairies move fast and you will hear them buzzing at your door in about 14 days from the moment you place the order.
